The China Programme is based on a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between China and the Netherlands. Now, the program for Dutch students is no longer only available for students studying Chinese Language and Culture, but for students of all disciplines. Basically anyone who meets the conditions can apply for a grant. Yearly, 25 grants are made available for both incoming and outgoing students.
