Nuffic has published several new NICHE calls for subsidy tenders . NICHE is a Netherlands-funded development cooperation programme aimed at strengthening institutional capacity in developing countries for providing post-secondary education and training. The new calls focus, for example, on Egypt, Ethiopia, Colombia, Tanzania and cover various topics and themes.
