Mozaïek aims at attracting more ethnic minority graduates into academic research. NWO (Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research) and the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science hope that successful candidates will continue to work in academic research in the Netherlands and will act as role models.
